- On the browser menu, select 'Tools' > 'Internet Options'.
- Select the 'Security' tab.
- Choose 'Internet Zone' icon
- Click the button labeled 'Custom Level'
- Scroll down to a section heading labeled 'Scripting'
- Under Active Scripting, and ensure the circle labeled 'Enabled'
is checked
- Click the 'OK' button to exit
- Click the 'OK' button to close the window
Netscape Navigator 6 & 7
- On the browser menu, select 'Edit' > 'Preference'.
- Scroll down to and click to highlight 'Advanced' under 'Category'
- Select 'Scripts & Plug-ins '
- Under 'Enable JavaScript for', click the box labeled 'Navigator'
to check it.
- Check all the boxes under 'Allow webpages to'
- Click the 'OK' button to close the window
Netscape Navigator 4.5 to 4.8
- On the browser menu, select 'Edit' > 'Preference'.
- Click 'Advanced' to expand the list
- Ensure the box labeled 'JavaScript' is checked.
- Click the 'OK' button to close the window

Safari
- On the browser menu, select 'Safari' > 'Preferences...'
- Click on the 'Security' icon.
- Ensure the circle next to 'Enable JavaScript' is checked
- Click the 'OK' button to close the window.

- On the browser menu, select 'Edit (Explorer)' > 'Preferences...'
- Click 'Web Browser' to expand the list
- Choose 'Web Content'
- Under 'Active Content', ensure the box labeled 'Enable scripting'
is checked.
- Click the 'OK' button to close the window
Macintosh Netscape 6 & 7
- On the browser menu, select 'Edit' > 'Preferences...'
- Click on 'Advanced '
- Click 'Scripts & Plug-ins'
- Under Enable JavaScript for, ensure the box labeled 'JavaScript'
is checked.
- Click the 'Ok' button to close the window.
Macintosh Netscape 4
- On the browser menu, select 'Edit' > 'Preferences...'
- Click on 'Advanced'
