Welcome.  This website provides general information about my courses and academic advising that I do students at the CSUSB Palm Desert Campus .  Use the info page links below to learn how my courses are designed, my upcoming teaching schedule, and what you will need to do to be successful in my courses.  The website also includes information that should help you plan your study schedule.

Technology plays an important role in an accountant's life.  Accordingly, technology is an integral part my course design.  I teach courses in live, blended, and online formats and use a Blackboard website to support each class.  Courses use a variety of internet-based resources, as well as, traditional textbooks and print materials.  Course materials stream from the internet and are available 24/7 throughout a course.  How you interact with a Blackboard website and use course materials will depend upon the format of the course that you are taking.

Using an computer possessing the appropriate "bells and whistles," and having a DSL, cable, or other broadband internet connection are essential to participating in my courses.  You will need a webcam and headset/microphone.  Throughout a course, I will be available to you through both traditional ways and the internet.  When you need me, I will do my best to be there for you.

I am always open to suggestions for improving course websites, course materials, and the ways that we work together.  I truly want you to have an outstanding learning experience.
